He’s the guy with the clipboard and cell phone, not only the guy behind the desk.  That's where the separation happens.  Tom has been actually "doing" the work for so many years that his recognition of various practices becomes routine.  He finds ways that help run projects smoothly.  His real life teachings cannot go unnoticed.  You will actually find Tom spending most of his days that aren't occupied at the actual job-site, hanging out with his contractors, or just marveling at the site of perfection.  He tends to soften his workers stresses with weekly Friday lunches.  He figures that making contractors his core group of friends , helps them want to achieve their goals as well. 

 

Tom McAnally III began his own business installing flooring and finish carpentry in 2004, eventually becoming a very respected contractor in St Louis. With Gateway in Green, his passion for home building takes on a vital new goal: bringing sustainable living to one and all. These beautiful, affordable, environmentally sensitive homes tread lightly on the earth, and by their very nature teach subsequent generations how to care for our planet.

"I've always enjoyed the feeling of making someones ideas come to life," says Tom. "It's a passion, really." Now he turns his attention to the most important generation of all: the next one.

"Green living is no longer for a select few — we simply can't afford it to be. Our idea is to build homes that are efficient, comfortable, healthy and attractive all at the same time, and that offer people-friendly, and earth-friendly features and options.  John is a high end Real Estate agent.  His proven strategies are essential to our existence.  John steps in with us after our initial meetings, and starts the building process.  Tom and John both then help making your dream come true.

John Runs his own Real Estate company called Diversified Real Estate Group.  He also is the President of Piper Properties.  John has built many custom homes from Lafayette Square, to St. Charles.

Nick comes to us with many proven strategies.  His experience has been in so many field that it wouldn't do justice to name them.  His understanding of today changing needs along with his drive make these needs come full circle.

With a wealth of knowledge in construction, Dan bring the experience to the table.  Being involved in construction for over 15 years will do just that. 

Dan will be able to oversee the daily site work and ensure its completion in a timely manner.

Jessica Amann- Assistant / office

Jessica has become the "secret weapon" for Gateway in Green.  Her help with female comparison helps us "men" get off the hook.  She will from time to time, help out the interior and exterior design facets and isnt afraid to speak her mind! 

Jessica is currently a graduate from Chamerlain college of Nursing with her BSN.  Her trials in school gave her the motivation to be able to take on such heavy workloads and perform to the highest levels!

Jessica can be found in the "bullpen" of our home office, helping us out, and keeping us from losing our sanity!
